How to put gloves on a little old lady with Alzheimers.  First you need to lay her hand out and make her uncurl her fingers. This is harder than it seems especially when she tends to curl her hand into a fist whenever you touch her hand.  Instinct?  Don't know. Second, ease the glove over the tips of her four fingers. Then, gently add the thumb. Uncurl her fingers again.  Try to get one of the fingers in the right hole. Uncurl her fingers again. Repeat.  Good gosh...if there was an Olympic event for gloving old ladies I would totally win!
